Our History

SPORTS TECH SERVICE CENTERS

For over 22 years, we have been fulfilling the growing and changing needs of fitness centers worldwide. Our heritage was initially established in the fitness equipment service industry. Our parent company, “Sports Tech Service Centers”, began business in 1988 as a preventative maintenance provider for health club chains such as Family Fitness Centers (24 Hour Fitness) and LA Fitness Health Clubs. Sports Tech also provided warranty work and field service for manufacturers such as Life Fitness, Body Masters, Precor, Cybex, Tectrix and Unisen and is still today one of the leading service providers in Southern California. With a highly trained staff of technicians skilled in the repair and rebuilding of exercise equipment, we recognized the opportunity to fulfill a growing demand for high quality refurbished fitness equipment. This was the beginning of our remanufacturing and sales division, Fitness Plus.

FITNESS PLUS / ONE SOURCE FITNESS

Since 1993, Fitness Plus & One Source Fitness have been providing “Better Than Remanufactured” exercise equipment for fitness center owners and managers who want more for their money without sacrificing quality and dependability.

Our factory trained and certified technicians completely rebuild each machine from the frame up, to meet or exceed original new factory specifications. All worn parts are replaced and all exposed metal parts are repainted or powder coated. Every nut, bolt and screw is replaced with new hardware. We also perform any needed mechanical upgrades and update the color scheme to give the machine a more current feel and appearance.

Our selection includes a variety of products from manufacturers such as Life Fitness, Cybex, Precor, Star Trac and StairMaster.

Our commitment to service and our expertise in strength and cardiovascular equipment led to the natural evolution to design and manufacture a highly dependable yet affordable strength line of our own, POWER STRENGTH.

POWER STRENGTH

Superior craftsmanship and innovative designs describe this durable line of over 100 selectorized machines and free weight pieces. With over 60 years combined experience in the development of weight equipment, our staff includes industry-leading designers, engineers and PhDs in Sports Medicine. Each bio-mechanically correct machine ensures a smooth and seamless feel that delivers a highly effective workout and better overall conditioning. This complete line of strength equipment with its sleek design, low profile and the latest color schemes will add to a facilities appeal and image.

POWER STRENGTH machines are installed throughout the United States and countries throughout Europe, Asia, Middle East, South America, Australia and on US military bases in Iraq.

All products must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Products purchased on auction web sites such as ebay must be paid within 5 days of close of auction or purchase. Non paying bidders will be reported as such.
P.O.s may be accepted from government agencies and municipalities on approval of OneSourceFitness.com
All accepted P.O.s are net 10 unless otherwise noted in writing on customers invoice by OneSourceFitness.com

Customers located within California will be charged the appropriate sales tax of the county and or city the product(s) is shipped to.

Our goal at OneSourceFitness.com is to have your entire purchase process, from ordering to delivery, go as smoothly as possible. The following details are to answer questions you may have, and with your assistance, make your delivery a seamless process. SHIPPING (OPTIONS) FOR LARGE PRODUCTS (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, etc):

We do not mark-up, add handling charges, or make money on shipping / freight.
Our products with local delivery or flat rate shipping charges are typically less than our competitors’ products WITH free shipping! You Do Not save money with their “Free Shipping” if they charge you an additional $100 - $500 for the product! We offer 4 shipping options to accommodate your needs:

#2. $75 - $100 Local Delivery (Orange & LA County, CA):
$75 for Upright Exercise Bikes, Recumbent Exercise Bikes and Steppers.
$100 for Treadmills and Ellipticals
Customers must be located within Orange or Los Angeles County California.
Other Southern CA counties, please call or email for delivery cost.
Delivery is garage only or inside ground floor only with customers’ assistance.
Customers requesting “Inside Delivery” please call or email, with details (ground floor, upstairs, etc.) for actually cost.

#3. Use Your Own Carrier:
Please note: These items are too heavy for UPS.
Please give correct product dimensions and weight to your carrier – we are happy to provide that to you.

#4. $100, $150 or $200 Flat Rate Shipping:
$100 for Upright Exercise Bikes
$150 Recumbent Exercise Bikes and Steppers.
$200 for Treadmills and Ellipticals
“Flat Rate Shipping" applies to continental US customers only.
Customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please call or email for actual shipping / freight cost.
Additional charges may apply to customers located in extremely rural areas or customers who cannot be easily accessed by a standard size local delivery truck.
Machines ship palletized via common carrier (motor freight), fully assembled or requiring only minor assembly.
Please note:
Exercise Bikes and Steppers are delivered on a non lift-gate trailer / customer is responsible to remove the bike or stepper and pallet from trailer (*average weight is 110 lbs. plus pallet).
Treadmills and Ellipticals are delivered “curbside” unless other noted by OneSourceFitness.com in writing on customers invoice.
Customers requesting “Inside Delivery” please call or email, with details (ground floor, upstairs, etc.) for actually cost.

#5. International Customers:
International freight for one item palletized or crated to a full 40 foot container is available for all of our products.

SHIPPING DETAILS FOR LARGE PRODUCTS:

Used, Serviced, Refurbished and Remanufactured products ship via common carrier / motor freight on a pallet either assembled or requiring minor assembly.

New products / machines may ship on a pallet or boxed either assembled or requiring assembly.

DELIVER DETAILS / CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSABILITIES: ***Please Read***

Customers must provide for phone number which will be needed by the shipper to schedule your delivery.

Customers who paid for “Flat Rate” shipping:
Exercise Bikes and Steppers are delivered on a non lift-gate trailer / customer is responsible to remove the bike or stepper and pallet from trailer (*average weight is 110 lbs. plus pallet).
Treadmills and Ellipticals are delivered “curbside” unless other noted by OneSourceFitness.com in writing on customers invoice.

Upon Delivery:
PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR ITEMS for any damage which may of occurred during shipping.
In order to locate any "concealed damage" you will need to unwrap any shrink wrap, bubble wrap, cardboard and/or look inside boxes. The driver must and will wait for this inspection. If your order is too large to completely inspect while the driver waits, make sure to write on the bill "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" and then sign. This will help protect you if there is “concealed damage” or a missing item or items that is discovered later.
IF ANY DAMAGE IS FOUND please immediately contact us via phone at 714-610-7177 and NOTE ANY AND ALL DAMAGE ON THE BILL OF LADING prior to signing. Items with minor damages such as scratches and or minor cracks in plastic covers should be accepted. This type of damage can be easily repair and or replaced upon reimbursement from shipper.

Please note: OneSourceFitness.com is not responsible for shipping damage and the shipping carrier will not honor a claim without damage being noted on the bill of lading / packing slip.

For Orders With Multiple Pieces:
Please count and confirm all items listed on your bill of lading / packing slip are being delivered. If any items are missing, immediately contact us via phone at 714-610-7177 and note all shortages / missing items on the bill of lading / packing slip.

If someone will receive this delivery for you, please make sure you have made them aware of these requirements and responsibilities.


WARRANTY:

At OneSourceFitness.com we back our products with the best and longest warranties in the industry. They are written to be clear and easy to read with no fine print - and no costly requirements you must maintain to keep it valid. If you ever need to use your warranty, we stand behind it, making it easy and hassle free. (Beware of “Lifetime Warranties” that cover only specific parts that you may normally never need or give requirements you cannot meet. If a competitor claims they have a “longer warranty”, read their fine print and requirements. If they require you “register your product” within a certain short period of time, or require you provide a credit card to receive replacement parts, or require photos of failed parts to confirm eligibility or require you purchase a “preventive maintenance contract” from them or an affiliate, You Do Not Have A Longer Warranty!

RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY:

OneSourceFitness mission is to provide the perfect machines to suit our customers needs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within the first 30 days of receiving it.

A twenty percent restocking fee will be applied for all returned, refused or canceled orders. Customers are also responsible for all shipping / freight charges. Please note: Customers who paid a “Flat Rate” Shipping Charge will be responsible for actual shipping / freight cost. Products must be returned to OneSourceFitness.com in the exact same condition as noted on invoice and as they were shipped to the customer.
