Our goal at OneSourceFitness.com is to have your entire purchase process, from ordering to delivery, go as smoothly as possible. The following details are to answer questions you may have, and with your assistance, make your delivery a seamless process. If these details are unclear or if you have any additional questions, we are available via email or by phone to assist you.
SHIPPING (OPTIONS) FOR LARGE PRODUCTS (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, etc):
We do not mark-up, add handling charges, or make money on shipping / freight.
Our products with local delivery or flat rate shipping charges are typically less than our competitors’ products WITH free shipping! You Do Not save money with their “Free Shipping” if they charge you an additional $100 - $500 for the product! We offer 4 shipping options to accommodate your needs:

#2. $75 - $100 Local Delivery (Orange & LA County, CA):
$75 for Upright Exercise Bikes, Recumbent Exercise Bikes and Steppers.
$100 for Treadmills and Ellipticals
Customers must be located within Orange or Los Angeles County California.
Other Southern CA counties, please call or email for delivery cost.
Delivery is garage only or inside ground floor only with customers’ assistance.
Customers requesting “Inside Delivery” please call or email, with details (ground floor, upstairs, etc.) for actually cost.
#3. Use Your Own Carrier:
Please note: These items are too heavy for UPS.
Please give correct product dimensions and weight to your carrier – we are happy to provide that to you.
#4. $100, $150 or $200 Flat Rate Shipping:
$100 for Upright Exercise Bikes
$150 Recumbent Exercise Bikes and Steppers.
$200 for Treadmills and Ellipticals
“Flat Rate Shipping" applies to continental US customers only.
Customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please call or email for actual shipping / freight cost.
Additional charges may apply to customers located in extremely rural areas or customers who cannot be easily accessed by a standard size local delivery truck.
Machines ship palletized via common carrier (motor freight), fully assembled or requiring only minor assembly.
Please note:
Exercise Bikes and Steppers are delivered on a non lift-gate trailer / customer is responsible to remove the bike or stepper and pallet from trailer (*average weight is 110 lbs. plus pallet).
Treadmills and Ellipticals are delivered “curbside” unless other noted by OneSourceFitness.com in writing on customers invoice.
Customers requesting “Inside Delivery” please call or email, with details (ground floor, upstairs, etc.) for actually cost.
#5. International Customers:
International freight for one item palletized or crated to a full 40 foot container is available for all of our products.

SHIPPING DETAILS FOR LARGE PRODUCTS:
Used, Serviced, Refurbished and Remanufactured products ship via common carrier / motor freight on a pallet either assembled or requiring minor assembly.
New products / machines may ship on a pallet or boxed either assembled or requiring assembly.
DELIVER DETAILS / CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Customers must provide for phone number which will be needed by the shipper to schedule your delivery.
Customers who paid for “Flat Rate” shipping:
Exercise Bikes and Steppers are delivered on a non lift-gate trailer / customer is responsible to remove the bike or stepper and pallet from trailer (*average weight is 110 lbs. plus pallet).
Treadmills and Ellipticals are delivered “curbside” unless otherwise noted by OneSourceFitness.com in writing on customers invoice.
Upon Delivery:
PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR ITEMS for any damage which may of occurred during shipping.
In order to locate any "concealed damage" you will need to unwrap any shrink wrap, bubble wrap, cardboard and/or look inside boxes. The driver must and will wait for this inspection. If your order is too large to completely inspect while the driver waits, make sure to write on the bill "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" and then sign. This will help protect you if there is “concealed damage” or a missing item or items that is discovered later.
IF ANY DAMAGE IS FOUND please immediately contact us via phone at 714-610-7177 and NOTE ANY AND ALL DAMAGE ON THE BILL OF LADING prior to signing.
Items with minor damages such as scratches and or minor cracks in plastic covers should be accepted. This type of damage can be easily repair and or replaced upon reimbursement from shipper.
Please note: OneSourceFitness.com is not responsible for shipping damage and the shipping carrier will not honor a claim without damage being noted on the bill of lading / packing slip.
For Orders With Multiple Pieces:
Please count and confirm all items listed on your bill of lading / packing slip are being delivered.
If any items are missing, immediately contact us via phone at 714-610-7177 and note all shortages / missing items on the bill of lading / packing slip.
If someone will receive this delivery for you, please make sure you have made them aware of these requirements and responsibilities.
